The Coalition Clean Baltic (CCB) is a non-profit association founded in Helsinki in 1990, following a meeting of environmental non-governmental organisations from the countries of the Baltic Sea region. Its aim is to protect and improve the region’s environment and natural resources for present and future generations.

Politically independent, the CCB has almost 1,500,000 members in all the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea, bringing together member and observer organisations, as well as partners and individual experts in all the countries of the region.
